Disha Karambar Mulgaonkar

DishaKM is founder of law firm Disha Karambar & Associates & Co-Founder of Council of Mediation and Arbitration.

DishaKM has extensive experience of 14 years in commercial litigation, banking & finance, debt recovery (corporates & individuals), arbitration and conciliation, property disputes, and execution of decree/awards.

She has been promoting ADR and has been able to settle several disputes by Mediating. She appears before Bombay High Court, City Civil and Sessions Court, Consumer Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

DishaKM, alongwith other members of CMA; has represented as an CMA-Advocate Mediator in MahaLok Adalats in Panvel for Airport Land Acquisition matters and Panvel Municipal Corporation (Property Tax) matters, which have been successful settled and confirmed by the Judge Mediator/s.

Ms.Disha Karambar Mulgaonkar, is a B.Com, LL.B graduate; has done her Forensic Detective Universal Course from International Forensic Sciences (IFS) and PGADR.

Priya is Senior Associate at the Firm. She has been associated with our Firm since last 4 years. Her focus areas are Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial litigations and Dispute resolution. She has sound knowledge in civil and commercial litigation.
She has good command in drafting. She appears before Bombay High Court, District Courts, Metropolitan Courts, Arbitral Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Consumer Tribunal in Mumbai. She has also worked on real estate matters in her initial experience. Like the vision of the company, which reflects the values; excellence and teamwork, she is always on the forefront to keep on accomplishing and maintaining it. Priya has done law from VPM’s Thane Law College and have actively participated in moots courts and also in various competitions in college. Further she also holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Mumbai.

Omkar Nilkanth Dalvi

Armed with a BLS LLB degree, Omkar has started his career with us and has been confident in representing judicial matters in courts such as City Civil Court, DRT, MACT, Esplanade Court, and other Courts in Mumbai and its outskirts like in Thane and Kalyan
